6 New Smoothies from September Wheyless Shows

Bob and I wanted to inspire you with some new Wheyless smoothie recipes on the recent Wheyless shows so we took over the kitchen here and got blending!


We hope you enjoy these smoothies and are motivated to come up with your own creations! 

 

Raw Choc Brownie Smoothie (pictured above)

Ingredients:

200ml coconut milk 

1 serve Double Choc Wheyless

1 medjool date

½ frozen banana

1 dessertspoon cacao nibs 

1 teaspoon maple syrup*

*For those with a sweet tooth

 

Blend together and enjoy!


 

Nutty Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

200ml almond milk

1 serve French Vanilla Wheyless

1 heaped teaspoon peanut butter

½ frozen banana

1 dessertspoon cacao nibs

1 teaspoon honey*

*For those with a sweet tooth

 

Blend together and enjoy!


 

Tropical Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

200ml coconut milk

1 serve Banana Smoothie Wheyless

1 mango cheek, frozen

 

Blend together and enjoy!


Green Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:

200ml almond milk

1 serve French Vanilla Wheyless

1 cup baby spinach

1/3 avocado

½ kiwi fruit

 

Blend together and enjoy!


Iced Mocha Smoothie

Ingredients:

200ml full cream milk

1 scoop Double Chocolate Wheyless

1 scoop Iced Coffee Wheyless

1 dessertspoon cacao nibs

 

Blend together and enjoy!


Double Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

200ml full cream milk

1 serve Strawberries and Cream Wheyless

½ punnet frozen strawberries

1 heaped teaspoon Greek yoghurt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract 

 

Blend together and enjoy!
