7 Times You Really Need a Wheyless Shake Over Christmas
1. Before the Party:
Have a shake while you do your hair and makeup before you head out to the party so that you’re not pouncing on the waiters serving the canapés, sneaking everyone’s bread rolls off the table before dinner or swaying on your feet after one glass of bubbly!
2. Christmas Eve:
After cooking, shopping, wrapping presents, cleaning and decorating or packing all day Christmas Eve you may not feel like cooking dinner so grab a shake and keep on going!
3. On Christmas Morning:
Have a shake while everyone opens their presents and you open the present you chose, bought and wrapped for yourself, and then your breakfast is done and you can get on with the cooking, cleaning, setting the table - or packing everything up ready to head out for the day!
4. On Christmas Night:
After a big lunch you may not feel like dinner but you know that if you don’t have something, you’ll wake in the night with a rumbly tummy - so …. have a shake! If you need to feed others and they aren’t happy with left overs, make an extra big shake with lots of fruit and other goodies added and everyone will be happy!
5. On Boxing Day:
If, like me, you do it all again with the other side of the family - consider options 3 & 4 above.
OR, maybe - have a shake before you hit the sales or after you’ve returned from the sales and are too exhausted to cook.
6. On New Year's Eve:
Have a shake before you head out as in point 1 above.
Have a shake whenever you need a quick, easy, yummy, healthy breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or late night snack to keep up your energy levels, fill you up and help you resist at least some of the shortbread, choccies, gingerbread and fruit mince pies that are everywhere.
Whatever your traditions at this time of the year - I hope that some of these suggestions are helpful. The most important thing is that you enjoy yourself and treasure time spent with family and friends.
From myself and all the team here at Wheyless, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year - stay safe and make some special memories with your families and friends.
Very best wishes, Kerryn
