Vanilla and Honey Smoothie
- 200ml soy milk (organic)
- 1 1/2 scoops Wheyless French Vanilla
- 1-2 tablespoons LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond)
- 1 teaspoon honey (organic)
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or simply use a bar mixer and blend well.
- Serve and consume immediately, while chilled
